YAY! I finished it on Friday. <3
This is technically an ACEO. The sign itself is 2.5x3.5 inches and it is mounted on a homemade plaque. I did the wire bending myself. I was hoping to use a larger gauge, but my husband wasn't able to get his sundering equipment together. The materials used are wood, acrylic paints, clear coat, and furniture polish. And wires too of course. So, don't think that ACEO/ATCs have to be limited to just paper! Than can be made from anything!

As I said before, I just ADORE this idea you came up with!!
It's definitely the most unique and fascinating ACEO idea I've ever seen, and one of the most creative commissions I've received! 
I just can't tell you how much I love the idea of making a pub sign with him! ^____^ I love his pose and expression, love the technique you used, I love the name you came up with and the painted designs around the sign, and the assembly of it, with the gorgeous wirework... it's all BEAUTIFUL! Thank you, thank you, thank you so VERY much!
